Welcome to my web diary. Here you’ll find a selection of my photos of the nature I’ve around me, and a little about how the the days were spent when I took them. Expect to see a lot of wildflowers here. I love them all, from the super big to the teeny small. I’m trying to grow an encyclopedic knowledge of flowers inside my head – at the moment it is merely a seed.

I bought my first camera last year. It’s a Nikon Coolpix L4, and although it is not exactly top of the range it suits me for my happy snapping moments when I am out and about. I now also have a tiny tripod for lining up shots of small flowers and creatures in awkward spots.  Now that spring is upon us and the days are becoming warmer, what better time to start this diary…
